As a Recruitment Operations Manager focusing on senior talent (Army officers), you'll head up one of our recruiting regions, motivating and inspiring an ambitious team of recruiting specialists to deliver an exceptional candidate experience for the Army's future leaders. You'll oversee your team to ensure they meet targets whilst managing a portfolio of promising senior talent. Collaborating with colleagues, you’ll enable national coverage whilst developing your own regional recruitment strategy. A confident and professional nature will be required as you engage with senior Army stakeholders and ambitious applicants who will need your full attention and dedication.
