As a Lead Recruiter for senior talent (Army officers), it'll be up to you to create strategic attraction and recruiting initiatives that ensure we always find the best talent to fill Army officer roles. You'll engage with potential candidates on a personal level, meeting and exceeding targets whilst finding their perfect fit as an Army officer. Supporting your Recruitment Operations Manager, you'll take responsibility for a defined region, ensuring candidates are appropriately mentored and regional targets are met. You'll collaborate with your peers as well as other regions to enable wider operations whilst developing your own recruitment strategy. You will champion the Army officer brand and be confident to represent Capita in very high-profile environments including the prestigious Royal Military Academy Sandhurst where you'll engage with senior Army leadership. Essential skills, experience and behaviours
An experienced professional, graduate and/or executive search recruiter, you'll have excellent negotiation and influencing skills and a personable, inclusive approach. Confident and adept, you'll have a broad understanding of the graduate and professional recruitment market and its key drivers. With a keen eye on the recruitment market, you'll be solution-focused, able to prioritise and manage complex stakeholders effectively and be ready to be proactive in this professionally unique environment.
